It is important to understand that it is the management of change itself that significantly determines the project outcome.
At AdEx Partners, my focus is on agile transformation. In this context, my understanding of agility is the characteristic of an organization to be flexible and moreover to act proactively and anticipatively in order to introduce necessary changes. In order to realize such changes, sophisticated change management is needed, which not only manages the transformation but also focuses on the change itself.
As a trusted advisor for transformation projects and an enthusiast for change management, culture, and leadership, I have been part of AdEx Partners since 2023. In my role I am responsible for change management with specialization on Holistic Change Management and Change Story.
