AdEx offers its employees extensive development opportunities for specialist, social, methodological skills as well as for market and sales competences. The further training measures are put together individually and coordinated with the employee. At the beginning, each employee is provided with a personal internal coach and mentor to support the development of the employee. With the coach, the training requirements and an individual training plan are determined.
