Nowadays, more than ever, the ability to successfully transform determines which companies will continue to operate successfully on the market in the future.
In every company there are fundamental reasons for change. It is always a matter of acquiring new capabilities in order to achieve strategic corporate goals or to prevent or avert crises. This results in the need for transformation management not to simply let change happen, but to build and empower a balanced team to master the upcoming change. To always accompany and lead this challenging journey is my passion.
I have many years of experience in the national and international consulting environment as well as a broad toolbox in transformation management. My focus is on business process transformations and ERP/SAP implementations. Outstanding qualities for this include my methodological competence, my foresight, my team orientation and my perseverance. As a trusted advisor, a clear vision, a solid process model and the involvement of the project team and the organization are particularly important to me. In the end, the result of the transformation must be considered as a success by everyone involved.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor sports, mostly in the form of jogging and soccer, singing in the choir and spending time with my family. Although I am a northerner from Hamburg, I love hiking and skiing in the Alps.
