I am a manager at AdEx Partners and look back on more than 20 years of experience in complex transformation projects on an international level. My professional focus and experience lies mostly in the area of project management (traditional and agile or hybrid), process optimization and business analysis. I am also an expert in organizational transformation and change management. I have mainly worked in the financial services industry, but I am experienced and interested in many different other industries as well.
I have been with AdEx Partners since May 2023 and as a member of AdEx Partners‘ service portfolios Organizational Transformation and Project, Program and Portfolio Management (3P), I actively bring my knowledge of economical and technical trends as well as the necessary set of methods to the client's project environment. In addition to my project work, I also actively contribute to the development and positioning of AdEx Partners through my involvement in various internal working groups. I have a special interest on AdEx Partners‘ Corporate Social Responsibility engagements and support various of our initiatives in this area.
I live in Zürich, Switzerland and have started my professional career as an IT system engineer many years ago. Ever since, I continued my education and studied organizational management, international management and general management beside my work in IT and project management. For over 10 years, I feel now perfectly at home in the consulting business and love to share my knowledge and experiences with my colleagues to foster their personal development and with my clients in order to support their transformational journeys and successful implementation of their projects.
