Sebastian Austen

As a Senior Manager at AdEx Partners, I support our clients in their digital transformation. During my many years as a consultant and executive in international corporations and medium-sized companies, I have been involved in numerous projects, particularly in the manufacturing industry and the energy sector. My focus lies in implementing complex transformation projects, especially in the context of organizational changes and the establishment of new business models.

Whether it’s introducing new collaboration models like DevOps in software development, adopting new technologies like GenAI by employees, or setting up a new business model – all of these initiatives require professional change management support and the development or adjustment of the corresponding organizational model. I work closely with my clients on these tasks, drawing from my project experience and extensive knowledge of methods. Additionally, I bring my own experience as a leader in domains such as marketing, sales, business development, and alliance management, along with a master’s degree in business psychology.

After completing my dual bachelor’s studies in Munich/Paderborn, I returned to Hannover in 2014, where I still reside.
