Before joining AdEx in 2023, I gained four years of experience in IT project/portfolio management within a healthcare group, which gave me a very good understanding of the structures and challenges in both IT and business.
In my role as IT Business Partner, I was able to further strengthen my skills in the interface function of IT and business. In particular, I focused on the areas of Digital Strategy Development, Process Monitoring & Process Automation as well as Digital Workplace.
In the last 2 years, I have focused on the topic of IT transformation and the associated organizational transformation. A major project within the IT Transformation was a Microsoft Tenant-to-Tenant Migration where I led the Change Management Workstream. Other areas of focus were cross-functional collaboration & reporting, IT portfolio management, system architecture and IT governance.
Due to my experience with different stakeholders, I bring strong communication skills and can deal very well with different ways of working. Furthermore, I see my strengths in the creative environment, be it in the preparation and execution of workshops and trainings or in the implementation of project and management presentations.
In terms of tools, I have a lot of experience in the M365 area (Office, PowerPlatform as well as multi-tenant issues), but I also know all other common project management tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, Planview, Clarity).
I grew up in the beautiful Main-Kinzig district (Hesse) and currently live in the Wetterau district (Hesse) very close to Frankfurt.
