I am senior manager at AdEx Partners with several years of experience in consulting, primarily in agile implementation of products and platforms as well as agile transformation of companies and individual departments. In addition to this methodological competence through my roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach and Project Manager, I have been able to build up a high level of health care industry expertise through many years of working in the health care sector, particularly in consulting for health insurance companies.
Due to my technical background in business informatics, I speak the language of IT and feel at home at the interface between business and IT. In the context of transformation management, I ensure the integration of business requirements into IT. Depending on the use case and the customer's requirements, the topics of employee centricity and customer centricity also play a central role.
For me, working in partnership with my customers on an equal footing is the highest priority, because this is how the best solutions for individual challenges can be found.
I joined AdEx in November 2022. Outside of work, you can find me either outdoors pursuing my passion of hiking or biking, or doing my part-time certificate studies in Developmental and Health Psychology.
