I have gained the necessary experience in over 15 years of consulting and performing various roles in the successful implementation of IT transformation projects in the communications industry, financial services and public administration.
For me personally, it is important to be able to design customized, future-proof sustainable solutions based on the technical requirements as well as the needs and framework conditions of our customers and to support them in all phases of delivery. As an experienced project manager, delivery lead and consultant, I have specialized in the design and optimization of waterfall, hybrid and agile process models and their implementation with international development teams, business process optimization and requirements elicitation for business transformations, as well as data migration and roll-out.
In addition to the practical work with our customers, I am constantly educating myself and deepening my knowledge through trainings and certifications in project management or agile metods (including Prince2 Foundation, SAFe 5® Agilist, PSPO I, PSM I).
