Having lived in different countries, I was able to meet people from different countries and backgrounds both privately and professionally. This helped me to develop a good understanding of diversity and a curiosity for other cultures and languages.

In numerous IT programs and projects I have been involved in and managed as a consultant and also as a manager in the line organization, the human factor has always been crucial for the success of the company.

At AdEx Partners I am responsible for the ERP Transformation Service Portfolio, where we support our clients in all aspects of ERP strategy, roadmap, preparation and execution of ERP programs and projects.

I myself like to roll up my sleeves and manage important areas in ERP programs as well as coach program and project managers in a trusting relationship.

In Supply Chain, I contribute to help my colleagues at AdEx Partners and our clients identify critical business capabilities and map them to target architectures and transformation roadmaps.

As an active athlete in many disciplines, I follow the motto "Better than yesterday"! I also apply this motto in my project approaches and within our organization.

I live with my family in the Frankfurt area and enjoy my free time (besides doing sports) going on smaller or bigger trips, reading books and learning Spanish.
