Since August 2022, I have been strengthening the recruiting team at AdEx Partners and, together with my colleagues Anja Schnittger, Katharina Hartmann and Amely Aboud, I am on the lookout for additional trusted advisors so that AdEx Partners can continue to grow successfully.
In Recruiting, we are integrated throughout the entire value chain and work side by side with our partners and colleagues to ensure that we hire top talents.
In an open exchange with our candidates, we find the perfect match together. We filter in advance whether our jointly lived AdEx Partners values match the values and personality of our candidates, so that skills and potentials can be lived, developed and brought to us and our customers on site in a targeted manner.
The authentic and respectful interaction with each other and the impressive growth path convinced me to join AdEx Partners and to continue writing the successful story.
My professional history started in the 90s in the world of finance with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and finally I worked for more than ten years as assistant to the CFO and GF, for one of the largest real estate investment managers.
In addition, as a freelance speaker, I accompany teenagers and young adults in the areas of talent development and career orientation, as well as on further education and self-efficacy.
As a self-diagnosed further education junkie, I successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, a Master's degree in Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) in Munich, as well as a Bachelor in General Management at the FOM and I am also privately involved in social projects, equal opportunities and justice.
