After nine years in a large company (health care), I joined AdEx Partners in April 2019. I know large corporations and their structures from the ground up and have also become familiar with business areas in addition to IT. In doing so, I have accompanied a wide variety of projects, also with GxP relevance: Besides tool implementations (incl. selection processes) and the analysis of business processes, I have experience in leading global PMOs of large projects. In recent years, I have focused on IT transformations and the associated organizational transformation with implementations of the Microsoft 365 Suite. My project management style always focuses on people and it is especially important to me to bring the whole team along - from implementation to C-level, no matter if internal or external employees.
I am always highly motivated and bringing strong communication skills to the team, which makes me an ideal fit at the interface between IT and business. My generalist education in the fields of natural sciences (apprenticeship), economics & health care (studies) and information technology (projects) distinguishes me and I also find structure in critical project environments. I round off my profile with a confident handling of diverse project management tools (e.g. Teams, Confluence, Jira, Planview) and theoretical basics of common project management methods (Prince2, PMI, SAFe).
Internally at AdEx Partners, I am involved with our students and organize the regular student café.
I am at home in the idyllic Taunus region and thanks to the proximity to Frankfurt am Main, I am quickly on site at the customer. I have developed the strongest leadership skills since 2020 and the birth of my daughter.
