As a project and program manager for large transformation projects, both as a consultant and as a the line organization manager, I take responsibility at the side of our customers and ensure that their projects are successful. This includes, delivering in time and budget, flanked by addressing and resolving risks and obstacles at an early stage.
I have many years of experience in an international environment. My focus is on the implementation of complex transformations in business and IT, in particular international ERP/SAP-implementations. I enjoy working on large, complex projects in different countries and cultures, connecting people to create added value for everyone involved. In addition to the professional expertise, the personal aspect is also important to me. Trust, respect and honesty are the basis for a sustainable and long-term partnership.
Based on more than 25 years of experience in various management positions within line organizations as well as consulting, I cover many areas in terms of content and can holistically understand the perspective of my clients.
Since I started at a Big4 management consultancy at the end of the 90s, I have focused on processes and ERP and the associated issues related to process optimization as well as integration, architecture, operations and IT organization. During this time, I was able to work on countless global ERP-transformations.
In my private life, I live with my family in the Düsseldorf area and am interested in tennis and travelling.
