I'm Finn Günther and manager at AdEx Partners. I have been working in IT consulting since my master's degree in IT Management & Consulting. During this time, I have gained a wealth of experience in a variety of complex and international IT transformation projects. Accordingly, my professional focus is on IT transformation.
The breadth of my experiences spans a variety of industries, topics and roles. My focus is on retail. My multiplex knowledge enables me to quickly grasp complex situations and be flexible to perform in various roles. I feel comfortable in projects involving strategic conception and implementation, often at the interface between business and IT organizations.
I combine my knowledge of business model transformation, ERP transformations, IT process management and IT strategy with the current trends and the necessary set of methods and actively use these in the customer's project environment. AdEx Partners supports me with various initiatives that allow me to constantly and continuously develop my expertise.
