I am an Associate Partner with more than 20 years of consulting experience in complex IT transformation projects. I started my career as a SAP FI/CO consultant at national and international level. As an IT line manager (ERP and non-ERP), I was able to broaden my experience in a large international company.
IT organisation topics such as IT transformation, IT processes and IT roles drive and motivate me. I have outsourced, organised and managed application services. In the context of change management, I have successfully designed and advised on organisational structure and process changes. With the employee at the centre, it is always important for me to follow the practice of a servant leader.
I currently contribute my professional and technical knowledge to AdEx Partners in the Architecture & Technology Transformation service area. Over the last few years I have implemented and consulted on Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and solutions, building up a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge. A foundation for successful implementation is the AdEx Capability and Reference Framework, which I helped to develop and design as an asset for AdEx Partners.
I joined AdEx Partners in 2017. In addition to project work, I am an active member of the IT Transformation hood and constantly coordinate with the AdEx Partners marketing team to position our brand in the Swiss market. I was born and raised in Switzerland, grew up in the USA and Australia and now live in Switzerland again. I successfully completed an MBA at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, when I was a young father of two.
